Covid-19 Guidelines for 2020
At Bill Marshall Photography we are committed to ensuring the safety and health of our employees, customers, vendors, and their families, that is our top priority. During the novel Coronavirus, we are developing, implementing, and adhering to strict safety guidelines issued by the CDC and are as follows.
Social Distancing - Our photographers will remain coned off and 6 feet away from the students at all times.
Hands Off - Our photographers are trained to verbally communicate, along with mime, any instructions to your child to help fix hair, clothes, and posing.
Face Mask - Our photographers will wear face coverings the entire time they are in the school.
Hand Sanitizer - Our photographers will be occasionally applying hand sanitizer between groupings.
Online Ordering - All orders will be placed online allowing us to remain hands-free and not have to pass papers around.
Screening - All employees will undergo a verbal and temperature screening before the start of the workday.
Limited Amount of Photographers - Our highly-trained owner, Bill, will be accompanied by one other, high-trained, photographer to keep the number of personnel down. The schedule has been extended to allow for quality images still.

Our Style
Autumn in New England is like nothing else. That’s why we bring the beautiful and vibrant foliage of the outdoors to the safety and controlled environment of the indoors. Using new print technology, we use real images on our backgrounds to gives unique, but traditional portraits to our schools. Only one background is available
Sibling Photos
If sibling photos are available at your school, we highly encourage you to have your little ones photographed! It’s a nice way to make memories and cherish some prints of your children together. Sibling photos are taken the hour leading up to the start of the school day. Only one child has to attend the school.
Online Viewing and Ordering
We are working to be 100% paperless this year, with all orders done safely online via a password protected gallery. A form will be sent home, from your student's teacher, with your personalized QR code and instructions on how to view and order your photos. A sample of the form is below.

Hello, I’m Bill, the founder and head photographer here at Bill Marshall Photography. Since 2004 I have dedicated my time to learning everything there is to know about photography, specifically the art of school portraits. After capturing thousands of wonderful smiles from another leading school portrait company, I’ve branched off on my own focusing on quality, customer service, and most importantly, to me, helping out our schools and communities!
Together we can work towards building a stronger community, give a boost to our local economy, and help our schools grow for the future. Our customers are the only ones we strive to make happy. As education is extremely important to us, we want to give back to our schools. Through partnerships with administrators, we can create a generous donation by returning a portion of the print sales to each school. Thank you for supporting our small business!

Senior Portraits
